BRIEF OF THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Our Company WOW Real Estate Development, takes the highest possible security measures to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored and shared legally and to protect your privacy.
Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent manner regarding collection forms of your personal data, purposes of processing, persons whom your data shared with, legal basis of processing and your rights pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and for meeting your satisfaction.
a) Data Controller
Your personal data will be collected and processed by WOW Real Estate Development in the scope described below in accordance with the Law.
b) Collected Personal Data
WOW Real Estate Development records surveillance footage of visitors by means of CCTV cameras during their visit to workplaces of WOW Real Estate Development and collects some personal data regarding your visit / future visits and product promotion, at your request and limited to these aims and scope.
c) Purpose of Personal Data Processing
In line with hereby this brief, your personal data is processed in order to segmentation, profiling and promoting, for the purposes of security, monitoring and establishing occupational health and safety, informing you about our promotions and providing you these services pursuant to the Article 5 and 6 of the Law and the conditions of processing stated in “WOW Real Estate Development Protection of Personal Data Notice” on https://slsdubairesidences.com/privacypolicy web address.
d) Persons to whom your personal data can be transferred to and for which purposes
Data on the surveillance footage by CCTV cameras can be transferred/shared to the company which is responsible for the CCTV system, police, gendarmerie and other security officials and also administrative institutions and judicial authority. Your personal data collected specifically for the purposes of promotion can be transferred to agencies working on the advertising, promotion and campaign area.
e) Methods and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data
WOW Real Estate Development collects and processes your personal data by means of CCTV cameras upon your request and in case you inform WOW Real Estate Development Personnel. The collected Personal data by WOW Real Estate Development is based on the legal basis of legitimate interest and performance of the contract.
f) Rights of Personal Data Subjects prescribed in Article 11 of the Law
As personal data owner, if you submit your requests for using your rights through the methods stated below, WOW Real Estate Development will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest according to nature of the request. No charge will be applied up to ten pages in the reply to be given. For each page above ten pages, processing fee will be charged as 1 Turkish Lira. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by our company will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
In this context, personal data owners are entitled to;
- Learn whether their personal data is processed,
- Request for information regarding their personal data if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether it is used for intended purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred to domestic or to abroad,
- Request for rectification of the personal data in case it is processed incompletely or inaccurately and request for communication of the transaction performed in this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred,
- Object any consequences detriment of the person arising to the by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic means,
- Request for compensation of any loss arising from the unlawful processing of the personal data.

KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI KANUNU HAKKINDA BİLGİLENDİRME
WOW REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, markası ile tanınan şirketimiz, kişisel verilerinizin hukuka uygun olarak toplanması, saklanması ve paylaşılmasını sağlamak ve gizliliğinizi korumak amacıyla mümkün olan en üst seviyede güvenlik tedbirlerini almaktadır.
Amacımız; 6698 sayılı “Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu”nun 10. maddesi gereğince ve sizlerin memnuniyeti doğrultusunda, kişisel verilerinizin alınma şekilleri, işlenme amaçları, paylaşılan kişiler, hukuki nedenleri ve haklarınız konularında sizi en şeffaf şekilde bilgilendirmektir.
a) Veri Sorumlusu
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“6698 sayılı Kanun”) uyarınca, kişisel verileriniz; veri sorumlusu olarak WOW REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT tarafından aşağıda açıklanan kapsamda toplanacak ve işlenebilecektir.
b) Toplanan Kişisel Veriler
WOW REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, aşağıda belirtilen metotlarla ziyaretçilerden ziyaretleri sırasında güvenlik kameraları ile görüntü kaydı yapmakta, yapmış olduğunuz ziyaretle ilgili olarak veya ileride yapacağınız ziyaretlerle ilgili ve sınırlı olmak kaydıyla ve sadece sizin talebiniz dahilinde ilgili ürün tanıtımı amacıyla bazı kişisel veriler toplanmaktadır.
c) Kişisel Verilerin Hangi Amaçla İşleneceği
İşbu Bilgilendirme ile kişisel verileriniz, 6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ile düzenlenen İlkeler ve İşleme Şartları uyarınca güvenlik, iş sağlığı ve güvenliğini takip ve tesis etmek, ürünlerimizle ilgili tanıtım amaçlarıyla segmentasyon, profilleme, kişiye özel tanıtım ve kampanya yapabilme 6698 sayılı Kanun’un 5. ve 6. maddelerinde ve https://slsdubairesidences.com/privacypolicy internet sitesinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları dâhilinde işlenecektir.
d) İşlenen Kişisel Verilerin Kimlere ve Hangi Amaçla Aktarılabileceği
WOW REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, kamera görüntülerini gerektiğinde kamera sistemini kuran şirket ile, güvenlik ile bağlantılı olarak polis, jandarma ve diğer güvenlik görevlileri ile ve idari organlar ve yargı mercileri ile paylaşacaktır. Tanıtımlara özel olarak toplanan verileriniz ise ilgili tanıtım için çalışılan ajanslar ile paylaşılabilecektir.
e) Kişisel Veri Toplamanın Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi
WOW REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, kişisel verilerinizi güvenlik kameraları ve sizin talebiniz üzerine WOW REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT personeline tarafınızca bilgi verilmesi suretiyle toplayacak ve işleyecektir. WOW REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT, verileri toplarken meşru menfaat ve sözleşmenin ifası hukuki sebeplerine dayanmaktadır.
f) Kişisel Veri Sahibi’nin 6698 sayılı Kanun’un 11. maddesinde Sayılan Hakları
Kişisel veri sahipleri olarak, haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi aşağıda düzenlenen yöntemlerle WOW REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT’ye iletmeniz durumunda WOW REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT talebin niteliğine göre talebi en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde sonuçlandıracaktır. Verilecek cevapta on sayfaya kadar ücret alınmayacaktır. On sayfanın üzerindeki her sayfa için 1 Türk Lirası işlem ücreti alınacaktır. Başvuruya cevabın CD, flash bellek gibi bir kayıt ortamında verilmesi halinde şirketimiz tarafından talep edilebilecek ücret kayıt ortamının maliyetini geçmeyecektir. Bu kapsamda kişisel veri sahipleri;

- Kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
- Kişisel verileri işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
- Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
- Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- 6698 sayılı Kanun ve ilgili diğer kanun hükümlerine uygun olarak işlenmiş olmasına rağmen, işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması halinde kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
- Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahiptir.
